Terms and conditions

Last updated:

These terms govern your use of visitcuyo.com (the “site”), published by Visit Zonda Group (“we”, “us”). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What this site is

VisitCuyo is an independent travel publication about Cuyo — Mendoza, San Juan and San Luis. It provides editorial information and links to sibling regional guides and to third-party booking partners.

We are not a travel agency, a tour operator or a booking platform. We do not sell, organise or operate tours, transport or accommodation, and we are not party to any contract you enter into with a provider.

Accuracy

We take care to keep the site accurate and current, but travel information changes constantly. Opening hours, prices, road conditions, seasons and access requirements can change without notice. We make no warranty that the content is complete, accurate or up to date, and you should confirm anything that matters with the provider or the relevant authority before you travel.

Nothing on the site is safety, medical, legal, financial or visa advice. Travel in remote or high-altitude areas carries risk that is yours to assess and accept.

The site links to other websites, including booking partners. Those sites are outside our control. We are not responsible for their content, their availability, their prices or their terms, and a link is not an endorsement. Any booking you make is governed by that provider’s own terms and conditions, and any dispute about it is between you and them.

Some links may be affiliate links, which can earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. This never changes what we recommend.

Intellectual property

The text, design, logos and original graphics on the site belong to us or are used with permission, and may not be copied or republished without our written consent. Photographs may be licensed from third parties and carry their own attribution and licence terms, shown with the image.

You may link to the site, and quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link to the source.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, from reliance on its content, or from any dealing with a third-party provider found through it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We do not guarantee that the site will be available without interruption or free of errors.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one published here, with the date it was last updated shown above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
