About this experience

Visit two wineries in the Valle de Uco, an hour and a half south of Mendoza, where the vineyards run straight at the Andes.

Taste the altitude in the glass — more acidity, tighter tannins, more perfume than the valley floor — and hear how snowmelt and cold nights shape a wine in a desert.

Highlights

  • Two wineries between 1,100 and 1,500 metres
  • Malbec and the valley's whites, side by side
  • Vineyard rows running at the cordillera
